Catnip
Most widely known for its stimulating effect on cats. It grows well in full sun to part shade and prefers well-drained soil, requires moderate watering allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Catnip also has culinary and medicinal uses. Its leaves and flowers can be used to make herbal teas with a mild minty flavor and can also be incorporated into salads or deserts fo a unique twist.
