German Chamomile
A delicate, aromatic herb known for its daisy-like flowers and calming properties. It thrives in full sun but can tolerate partial shade, prefers well-drained, sandy or loamy soil. Chamomile requires moderate watering, soil needs to be kept slightly moist but not soggy. Uses include brewing herbal tees, often blended with honey or leamon, and adding a mild, apple-like flavor to baked goods, soups, or salads. The dried flowers are also used to infuse oils, or syrups.
