Cherry trees grow very well in our area and are very productive. These trees may also be grown as a flowering ornamental tree if you are constrained space. The varieties that grow here have a sweet sour flavor and are excellent for pies, jams, and preserves. Cherry trees are self-fertile, but will be more productive if you have two trees.
