Honeydew
Plant in full sun in rich well-draining soil, with plenty of space. Honeydews require regular watering to keep the soil moist, susceptible to powdery mildew water at the roots keeping leaves and stems dry. Plant in pairs so pollination can occur. Fruits are ripe when dry tendrils appar or melons make a hollow sound when thumped.
