Mint

Mint is a fast-growing herb valued for its refreshing, cool flavor, versatility in the kitchen, and medicinal applications.  It thrives in full sun, prefers moist, well-draining soils, with consistent moisture.  Mint can be invasive in the garden, it makes an excellent container crop, or can even be grown in hanging baskets.
