Mint

Mint is a fast-growing herb valued for its refreshing, cool flavor, versatility in the kitchen, and medicinal applications.  It thrives in full sun, prefers moist, well-draining soils, with consistent moisture.  Mint can be invasive in the garden, it makes an excellent container crop, or can even be grown in hanging baskets.  Mint is used fresh or dired to flavor teas, cocktails like mojitos, salads, desserts, sauces and particularly Mediterranea and Middle Eastern cuisines.
