Peppers Hot
Add a little spice to your life with some hot peppers! Hot peppers are rated on a Scoville scale, the higher the number the hotter the pepper, basically this is measureing the concentration of capsaicin (the hot stuff in a pepper).
Plant in full sun, after last frost, and fertilize regularly. Water evenly but most hot peppers prefer drier soils. The heat of a pepper has a lot to do with how they are grown. Stressing hot peppers is one way to guarantee hot peppers. To stress the plants, you can limit watering or snap off a few leaves once peppers are set.
