Summer Squash
Summer squash comes in all shapes, size, and flavors. The most well known summer squash is Zucchini. Summer squash produce all summer long and into the fall. Squash is a warm weather crop that will not tolerate frost. Plant in full sun and water evenly keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Squash is very versatile in the kitchen, suitable for grilling, sauteing, steaming, or baking, it is often used in casseroles, salads and soups.

Crook Neck
- Maturity 70-75 days
- Heads average 4 lbs.
- Heads are juicy, tender and sweet with a very small core
- Holds well in the garden
Zucchini
- Maturity 85 days
- Heads are medium sized 3-3 1/2 lbs
- Heads are dense and hold well in the garden
