Winter Squash
Winter squash are known for their delicious flesh, and is a must for any garden. Plant in full sun, and keep evenly watered. Squash take some time to mature, but they store all winter long. Harvest squash when the stems turn brown and the rind cannot be easily punctured with a fingernail.
