We looked around and thought we have empty greenhouses all winter why shouldn't we produce locally grown herbs and vegetables during the winter.
All of our produce is grown using organic methods, right here in Riverton. Who would think you could have fresh, lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, and many other vegetables during the middle of a Wyoming winter? Well the head grower at Sweetwater Garden did!

Mitchell Barnett has been baking since she was old enough to hold a knife and her sourdough breads and baked good truly reflect her love of baking and also reflect her love for feeding folks. She began cooking from scratch after realizing all the harmful ingredients that went into many commercially prepared foods and now only uses organic, non-fortified flour and she's bcome well known in our area for her delicious sourdough baked goods!
